Drew Lock of Denver Broncos told TMZ Wednesday that Joe Flacco "worked well with me" when asked about Flacco's comments earlier in the week that he was not his rookie trainer.
Lock, who spoke to TMZ after arriving at the Los Angeles International Airport, did not want to specifically address Flacco's comments but said he was learning from his teammates.
"He taught me very much," says Lock at TMZ. "He's talking to the winners of football games, I'm talking about trying to learn … We're in the same quarterback room. He's good to me."
Flacco, from Baltimore said in March, that he "is not worried about the development of guys or anything of that. It's what it is I hope he's good at it. I did not look in that my job. My job is to win football games for the football team. "
9News of Denver John Elway, president of the president of football / general manager operations of the Broncos , liked that Flacco was more focused on winning than Lock's teaching.
The Lock TMZ also said that the airport shuttle he was riding on The second Broncos rookie Noah Fant was in an accident, but Lock said the two were fine.
