LOS ANGELES – A man accused of using a motorized scooter in a lethal attack on a woman was charged with murder, according to Los Angeles County District Attorney & # 39; s Office.
Amad Rashad Redding, 27, described as a transient, has been prosecuted by a number of murder and faces a sentence of up to prison life when convicted, the DA's office said in a statement Wednesday.
Redding accused Rosa Elena Hernandez, 63, of accidentally walking on a sidewalk in Long Beach on Monday. He buried him on the ground and stomped him before grabbing an electric scooter and pressing him on it, according to district attorney's office.

Hernandez died on his injuries after noon-to-day attacks, the Long Beach police said.
Redding was held instead of $ 2 million bail on Monday's attack on Long Beach, and he was scheduled to be -arraigned May 29, district attorney's office said. It was not clear on Thursday if he had a lawyer who could speak on his behalf.
The fighter fled after a deadly attack, and a suspect later identified as Redding was taken into custody by the Long Beach police in a local business about 4 1/2 hours after the incident, the police said.
