A suspect is in custody in connection with this week's assassination of the Gambino mob boss Francesco "Franky Boy" Cali out of his Staten Island home, police sources told The Post Saturday.

Authorities got the fingerprint of the suspect from the license plate silver of Cali's Cadillac Escalade SUV – which he gave to mobster after allegedly smashing the car, sources said.
Cali, 53, was shot several times in front of his brick mansion in neighbor Todt Hill at around 9:20 pm. His wife and young children were inside, police sources told The Post.
He survived the shooter before he died, the source said.
